During our weekly one hour calls, we will move through the three pillars of my signature framework, equipping you with the accountability and clarity needed for greater impact.

After each session you’ll receive a follow-up roadmap summarizing key points and action items so you know exactly what to focus on. Just like parents track their kids height on the doorframe this will also help measure your own growth.

Weekly 1:1 sessions provide continuous support, guiding you through one season of your leadership journey. Our first month is focused on getting acquainted, settled and comfortable with one another then we begin the real work – addressing challenges and developing your aligned leadership style with confidence.

By opting in for a longer period we can navigate multiple seasons together which positions you to overcome deeper challenges and solidify lasting change.
