Circles of Impact is more than a business – it’s a movement.
We exist to raise the frequency of the nonprofit sector — helping organizations move beyond exhaustion and scarcity into a new way of leading and sustaining impact.
Circles of Impact aims to help organizations and the people in them, break free from outdated traditional systems that weren’t built for them.
We equip changemakers with the tools, strategy, and nervous-system capacity they need to sustain their missions without sacrificing themselves. This builds clarity, confidence, and resilience that ripples through entire organizations.
Alongside this, our expertise in grant writing and funding strategy ensures organizations have the knowledge, skills, and systems needed to secure the resources their missions need to thrive.
It’s about more than securing funding or building strategy. It’s about rewiring how the nonprofit sector shows up, re-establishing rhythms that are sustainable, and cultivating leadership styles that are aligned, intentional, and grounded.
This is how we raise the frequency of the sector.
The Leader Behind It All
Hi, I’m Sara (she/her) and I’m not your average grant writer or support coach.
I’m here to shift the conversation from, "I need more grants" to building stronger, more aligned people at the helm. And that starts with you.
I see how many nonprofit professionals are burning out, running on empty, and questioning how much longer they can keep going. We can’t always control the outside pressures, but we can choose how we meet them - regulated, restored, and standing firm in our own self-leadership.
Let’s get you back on track.

Fun Fact: With a BSc in Biochemistry and an MFA in Creative Nonfiction, she brings bring both analytical precision and storytelling expertise to every grant she writes.
With over a decade of experience being deeply immersed in grants — I know what it really takes to get funded.
As a former funder, I’ve seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what funders are actually looking for. This expertise helps me, help you, crack the funder code — not just to secure grants, but to align your work and mission with clarity that sustains impact over time.
And while strategy is essential, I’ve learned that funding success is never just about the application itself. It’s directly linked to the vision behind it.
While working with grant clients, I’ve seen the deeper patterns at play. Successful organizations are the ones who align with intention and have the confidence to lead with their vision first.
When organizations pursue funding without this alignment they’re stuck chasing deadlines, losing momentum, and questioning whether grants are even worth it. This is why I go beyond grant strategy to work directly with people themselves.
Through a neurosomatic approach, we develop a new way of leading — one rooted in the body, grounded in nervous system awareness, and capable of sustaining your work long term (and funders notice).
We can’t keep doing things the old way.
