I’m here to shift the conversation from "writing better grants" to building stronger, more aligned organizations. And that starts with you.
I’ve always held the belief that one person could change the world. Sometimes I forget that, and maybe you have too. When you’re immersed in the thick of community needs and endless decision-making, it’s hard to remember that you can make a difference in this world. I’m here to remind you that your work matters.

During the pandemic, I took a leap of faith – I left my stable 9-5 job with no sound plan, just a whisper of truth: I was going to do it differently. That whisper never faded, and it led me here, to Circles of Impact.
At its core, my work is about redefining leadership and moving beyond outdated systems to create real, sustainable change.
