The Next Evolution of Social Change Leadership

Become an unstoppable agent of change

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of working alongside people trying to make the world a little better. I've been a fundraiser, a funder, a consultant and business owner, and more recently a board member. Across every one of those roles, I've noticed the same patterns.

Too many female leaders are sacrificing their own well-being in the name of their work.

Sacrifice has become an expectation, sometimes even synonymous with leadership. Many even wear it as a badge of honour.

I don't believe leaders are meant to sacrifice themselves for the mission. I believe the strongest movements are built by people who have the capacity to sustain them.

Expansion, growth and scaling are constantly beating down on leaders because demand for services continues to grow and the pressure you place does too. But nothing else changes.

This is the result of so many patterns we've inherited. I believe the work you do can feel different and we have the opportunity to create a new reality.

Because it’s unfair to you as a leader (and your team, your partner, your friends), to expect 10x results by continuing to do more with less every day.

This is what self abandonment for the cause looks like. Repetitive and unsustainable cycles, hustle culture and a self sacrificial level of pride in your work.

That’s what most leadership is built upon and until you’re willing to question it, you continue to recreate it.

When you can find the courage to resist the existing patterns and cycles that keep you stuck, you have the potential to become an unstoppable agent of change.

Imagine trading exhaustion, performance, and scarcity for a knowing that fulfillment and impact were possible simultaneously.

Imagine if the people changing the world believed they deserved to thrive while doing it.

I don't think that's idealistic. I think that's the next evolution of social change.

Today, I want you to sit with the future of your work and consider what it would look like if it wasn’t built on doing more with less.

Consider what kind of courage it would take to believe that your own humanity matters too.

This is the mission.

When you allow yourself to be a person first, one that is supported, resourced, and deeply connected to yourself, you won’t just sustain the movement…

You become the change required to sustain it.

This is the power of inner work and how we create true, transformational impact.

I believe that kind of change starts within.

The Whispers That become Movements

I believe the future belongs to leaders who understand that building a better world requires building a stronger relationship with themselves first.

My work is for those who know they have a sacred role to play in creating meaningful change and are done sacrificing themselves to do it.

My 1:1 containers are not designed to mould you into someone else. They're designed to strip away everything that isn't you. So when you step back into your work, your leadership, and your mission, you don't fall back into old patterns, you create new ones.

You become the kind of leader capable of transforming the world around you.

This the kind of deep transformational work that happens in my 1:1 coaching containers.‍ ‍If you are standing at a crossroads, wishing for something different, remember you have a choice to create the change you desire.
