Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our website. Circles of Impact Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects your financial investment and is committed to protecting it. 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy oversees products purchased from our company or our website, www.circlesofimpact.ca. This policy applies to paid workshops, courses, cohorts, and other time-bound training programs offered by Circles of Impact Inc. It does not apply to consulting, coaching, or other professional services governed by a separate service agreement.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OUR PROGRAMS OR TRAININGS  

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your registration 7 or more calendar days before the program starts and receive a refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable transaction, payment-processing, or refund-related fees incurred by Circles of Impact Inc.

Less than 7 calendar days before the program starts payments are non-refundable. Instead, amounts paid may be:

  • Applied as a credit toward a future Circles of Impact program or one-to-one service; or

  • Transferred to another eligible participant, subject to approval.

Credits must be used within 12 months of the original program start date. Registration may only be transferred to a future program once.

Once the program starts no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

Missed sessions, partial attendance, non-participation, or withdrawal do not qualify for a refund.

PAYMENT PLANS

Registrations purchased through a payment plan are subject to the same refund and cancellation deadlines above, with the following conditions:

  • If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the program starts, eligible payments will be refunded and future installments cancelled.

  • If you cancel fewer than 7 calendar days before the program starts, payments already made are non-refundable and may be transferred or credited to a future program only. Future installments will be cancelled.

  • Once the program starts, you are responsible for the full program fee, including all remaining installments, regardless of attendance or participation.

PARTICIPANT SUBSTITUTIONS

You may request to transfer your registration to another person. Substitutions cannot be sold or resold and require approval from Circles of Impact Inc.

Requests should be made at least 7 calendar days before the program whenever possible but may be considered up until the program start date.

PROGRAM CHANGES

Circles of Impact Inc. may make reasonable changes to facilitators, curriculum, delivery platforms, or program format without triggering a refund.

If Circles of Impact Inc. cancels a program, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a scheduled future program.

If a program is significantly rescheduled and you can no longer attend, you may choose a refund, transfer to a future program, or credit toward another Circles of Impact program or service.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Promotional, discounted, early-bird, and partner registrations are subject to the same terms.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Circles of Impact Inc.

All cancellation, refund, transfer, or credit requests must be submitted in writing to hello@circlesofimpact.ca. The date the request is received determines eligibility.

By completing your registration and purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
